Presently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EnEssCo Strategies, Inc., Norman Steisel is teaching at NYU Wagner. This academic institution centers its courses on public leadership and public service. NYU Wagner combines courses in policy, finance, and management with revolutionary research and work experience in urban communities.

The Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service (established in 1938) provides advanced programs. These programs lead to professional degrees, such as MPA in Public and Non-profit Management & Policy; MPA in Health Policy & Management; Master of Urban Planning; Executive MPA, and the Doctoral Program.

Mr. Steisel has taught classes in public policy analysis and decision-making at Yale School of Organization and Management, Harvard Kennedy School for Public Policy, Columbia University, New York University School of Law, and Baruch College, CUNY. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Pratt Institute. He also holds a Master of Science degree from Yale University.
