Presently the Chairman and CEO of EnEssCo Strategies, Inc., Norman Steisel is teaching at NYU Wagner. This academic establishment centers its courses on public leadership and public service. NYU Wagner brings together classes in policy, finance, and management with ground-breaking research and work experience in urban communities.

The Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service (founded in 1938) provides advanced programs. These programs lead to professional degrees, such as the Doctoral Program; Executive MPA; MPA in Health Policy & Management, Master of Urban Planning; and also MPA in Public and Non-profit Management & Policy.

Mr. Steisel has taught programs in decision-making and public policy analysis at Baruch College, CUNY; New York University School of Law; Columbia University; Harvard Kennedy School for Public Policy, and Yale School of Organization and Management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Pratt Institute. He also holds a Master of Science degree from Yale University.
